Yes, yes, what in the world is the Macabre Ball, and why should you care?

It . Is. A. Party.

THE Party.

Or rather, the Forsaken's little yearly get together to remind everyone we're still here, we're not going anywhere, and you'd damned well better not forget it.

Of course I suppose the idea is to mark the passing of a year, all the fun we've had, the times that've passed, all the little people we had to brutally squish to get here.

Which means food, in all forms, some so fresh it's still moving, and is there any better kind?

Beer, wine, elixirs and concoctions so brutally unstable they'll disturb your mind! And just about everything else...

Lights, fires, shadows and nightmares! This year, we intend to specialize in inducing seizures.

There'll be music, there'll be dance. There'll be dozens of walking corpses shaking the Graveyard in brill, to a beat.

We'll shout out to the night, and to this world, and we'll let Dear Old Arthas know that he's next, and we remember quite well, and thank you.

Come the 30th of this month (January for histories sake) at 8pm server time, Brill Graveyard, the ball will begin. There'll be music, and a show, and perhaps a bit of blood and gold.

Volunteers are welcome, partygoers are welcome, lunatics are welcome, and even Harrasers are welcome to try.

This is RP folks, bring your characters, and -be- a character! There is no set story, no required plot (though admittedly there may be quite a few brewing in there somewhere...) and absolutely no cover charge at the door!
