What's the difference between a raid manager and a raid leader?

A raid manager is responsible for general communication in the raid and on
the forums, organization of the raid and distributing loot.

A raid leader is responsible for directing the group while in the raid,
marking targets and ensuring that the group knows their assignments.

Attendance

We would like everyone to attend the raid as much as possible but we
understand issues arise that will prevent you from raiding. Real life comes
first. Please let the raid manager or raid leader know that you will not be
raiding so a replacement can be found. Ideally, we would like to know one
day ahead of time. In the interest of the raid group, if attendance becomes
a problem, we will seek a permanent replacement for your position. Due to
limited raid time, if you are not online at 9:30pm a replacement will be
found for that night's raid.

Loot Distribution

Master Loot - Malichi
The loot distribution is Master Loot system. The way loot will work is any
on-spec will roll first. This means that if loot drops and it is gear that
is an upgrade for your current spec then you will able to roll for the loot.
If there are no on-spec rolls then we will roll for off-spec. If the gear is
not an upgrade for you current spec but is an upgrade for an off-spec (IE
solo set) then you will have the option of rolling for the loot. Finally, if
there are no on-spec or off-spec rolls then the loot will be disenchanted.
To save time, all shards will be rolled for at the end of the night's raid.
If there are, for example, one abyss crystal and four dream shards, the top
roll will get the abyss crystal and the next four rolls will get a dream
shard.

T7 Tokens

You will only be awarded one T7 token per night. If multiple T7 tokens drop
during the raid that you are eligible for AND you have already won a token
earlier in the night then you will not be able to roll for additional
tokens. There is one exception to this rule. Obviously unwanted tokens will
not go to waste. If additional tokens drop and only one person can use them
then that person will be awarded extra tokens.

Communication

Vent is required.

Headphones are encouraged to prevent feedback when several people are
talking.
