So leap day is upon us.

So I say the time is right for an impormptu guild holiday.

Grab your favorite pair of skivies and join in the fun.

Let's assemble in Undercity and put on your favorite pair of short shorts and join in the hilarity.

We can have a group jog to the front doors of Stormwind where once we have arrived and assembled we can all /fart in the general direction of Stormwind.

So in essence we can say we "broke Stormwind".

The event meetup can begin at 8:30 PM server time and once we have a healthy group going we can ride, run or whatever to the Elwynn forest.

To finish up the month long celebration of AIE's one year anniversary a guild wide art contest has been proposed.

Guild members are encouraged to submit and post images of their creations on the AIE Art contest thread.

Entries may be in any media (pen and paper, electronic, baked goods, machinema, audio performance, model, etc). Pieces submitted must be WoW, AIE and Horde related. Those entering the contest must be AIE guild members

The contest begins February 20th and will conclude March 7th.

More than one entry can be submitted per person but no more than one project per person can make it to the final judging.

The Grand Prize will be one character sketch provided by Scott Johnson from his Avatar Sketch program.

As a way to the celebrate the guild's inception a contest has been called.

A one on one, mano a mano battle battle of the ages between the guild officers and the guild members. Members of the guild will be able to select their favorite online guild officer and duel them one on one.

The location: Gurubashi Arena in Stranglethorne Vale

The date: Friday, February 22, 2008

The time: Starting at 10:00 PM server time.

This is a great way to meet and greet many of the guild officers as well as your fellow guildies. So bring your best A game, gear or come root for your favorite folks.

We will have a Ventrilo side announcer providing us with color commentary

And just in case the Alliance decides to show up and spoil our party, we can let them feel just how mighty we really are.

Whirlwind mob of destruction

Stage 1 Assemble a raid in Stonard in the Swamp of Sorrows.

Stage 2 Annihilate Darkshire

Stage 3 Annihilate Goldshire

Stage 4 Annihilate Red Ridge

Stage 5 Take the boat in Menethil Harbor

Stage 6 Burn Darnassus to the ground

Stage 7 Head to Orgrimmar for repairs, food and drink.

Stage 8 Hearth, portal or whatever you favorite method of transportation and head to Shattrath.

Stage 9 Drink and have the biggest game of Duck, Duck Goose on the Terrace of Light.

As part of the 1st Anniversary of Alea Iacta Est, we will be holding a guild Parade. Lower level characters will be summoned to Shattrath (Where you can set your Hearth, and forever after be able to port to any major city!) The route will allow all characters to get the flight path out to Thrallmar and to Falcon Watch. (Which you'll want at level 50 to get to 300+ profession trainers)

When: Saturday 16th Feb, 7pm server time

Where: Starting point will be Shattrath City, End point is Thrallmar in Hellfire Peninsula

Who: Each and every AIE Guild member is welcome, regardless of level! *

Having completed our march, we will hunt down and destroy the Fel Reaver that has harassed so many of us!
